After receiving my degree in physics from the Free University of Berlin in 2004, I worked for seven years in the area of geoscientific data aquisition, processing and Distribution at the Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel.Since 2012 I hold a scientist position at the Clinic for Radiology at the University Hospital of Schleswig-Holstein in Section "Molecular Imaging North Competence Center - MOIN CC", developing new methods for quantitative computed-tomography (qCT) data analysis. I am in charge of the development of StructuralInsight (SI), a C++/Qt/ITK - based tool for Image analysis. I develop and integrate new methods for specific tasks in the field of Treatment Monitoring and Drug Delivery Monitoring based upon qCT data both in clinic and pre-clinic studies.
