Timo joined CEVA in October 2009. From 2012, he assumed the function Change Agent and worked as Team Manager for incoming goods and Shift leader. In January 2014, he take over the activity Support Operations. On top, he is a key user for DIX and contact person for all IT questions. Since 01.01.2017 he is Operation Specialist and is responsible for the timely processing of orders with due regard to specific shipping regulations and loading instructions, the control of the personnel working hours taking into consideration the dispatch and / or collection times of the transport companies as well as compliance with quality specifications with related documentation. He creates and controls the KPIs and is responsible for increasing productivity by initiating the continuous improvement process. In 2018, he was also appointed Deputy Site Manager.
