Established in 2013, Seven Stills of SF is a distillery specializing in small batch gluten-free vodka, craft beer inspired whiskeys, and cocktail bitters. We pride ourselves on product innovation and experimentation to create flavor profiles unlike anything else available to consumers. To this end, we have improved on traditional distilling techniques by focusing on the grain mixtures used to create our unique vodkas and whiskeys. To date, we have tested the effects of different grist profiles; creating recipes for all-peat smoked, chocolate-oatmeal smoked stout, hopped two-row, Belgian Dubbel, and a Russian Imperial Stout.
