Within Dexcom (Dixons and Dynabyte) responsible for the following product Groups: digital compact camera’s, digital SLR camera’s, camcorders, video pocket cameras, flash memories, accessories, digital photo-frames, print development centre, direct print kiosks, Navigation and Calculators.For these groups fully responsible for yearly contract agreements, assortment policy, category management, closing purchasing deals and spot deals, marketing, margin, turnover, stock management and turnover rates.Project Leader for the projects: “Vendor Fair”, a 3 day event, twice a year, where every vendor has his own booth to train and educate over 900 sales clerks. It is a training event to boost the product knowledge and sales techniques in order to maximise the turnover/sales in the storesDirect control over 1 employee and totally over 7 employees.

As Interim Logistics Manager, managed all duties for 15 months of the Logistic Manager, during his long absence. Implementing a new logistic system, enabling to decreasethe peak load during the week. Resulting in a decrease of the overtime with 80%. Also implemented a new warehouse control system, which resulted in a decrease of the mancos to below 0.1%.Taking care of a stable personnel policy, with almost no rotation of personnel.As Interim Logistics Manager direct control over 15 employees

Set up an office merchandise warehouse. This contained the layout of a new department in the new building and the set up of a new basic stock assortment. Managed to improve the stock locations, which resulted in a more efficient and less time consuming way of working.Besides this, making an analysis of the total logistics process within CPRO-DLO, which resulted in a more commercial and efficient logistic process.
