In 2015 AXA moved business in the managed public cloud. As the security lead I took the initiative to:- integrate information security requirements in the designs, to facilitate a swift and secure enough setup- refine and enable the information security governance model. This allows to communicate the relevant information security risks to IT management, Group Information Risk Board and the especially entities- create network and information security binding principles for AWS & Azure. Addressing the AXA network and security needs in the Public Cloud models, allowed entities to move ahead.Joined the SIEM initiative to lead the architecture enhancement of the AXA SIEM in 2018, this led to:- A financial model, reviewed by finance. This allows Cyber Defence to estimate the cost of the different growth scenarios in Classic DC and Public Cloud- A model to estimate the effort to fulfil the entity demand. This allows the SOC to respond more swiftly to entity requests and respond in a transparent matter- A technology and security roadmap, informing entities about the current state and future state of the service. Enabling entities to raise demands and influence the roadmap- Created the security story for Agile development in the public cloud
