I am the most optimistic person I know and have been studying industrial engineering (FR materials & process engineering) at RWTH in Aachen since 2021.Already during my A-levels I learned to be responsible, dutiful and determined through various jobs - including 2 years as a salesman in retail. Even before I started my studies, when I worked regularly as a waiter, I was physically and mentally underutilized, which I name as one of my greatest strengths (high stress limit), along with great optimism and empathy.My optimism is based on the fact that I see an opportunity to grow personally and/or collegially in every situation, without neglecting the dangers and problems; my empathy is based on the fact that I can understand the position of others without bias and act accordingly.---Ich bin die optimistischste Person, die ich kenne, und studiere seit 2021 Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (FR Werkstoff- & Prozesstechnik) an der RWTH in Aachen.Schon während meines Abiturs lernte ich durch diverse Jobs - unter anderem 2 Jahre als Verkäufer im Einzelhandel - verantwortungsbewusst, pflichtbewusst und zielstrebig zu sein. Bereits vor dem Beginn meines Studiums, als ich regelmäßig als Kellner arbeitete war ich physisch und psychisch nicht ausgelastet, was ich neben großem Optimismus und Empathie als eine meiner größten Stärken benenne (hohe Belastungsgrenze).Mein Optimismus begründet sich darin, dass ich in jeder Situation eine Chance persönlich und/oder kollegial zu wachsen sehe, ohne die Gefahren und Probleme zu vernachlässigen, meine Empathie darin, dass ich unvoreingenommen die Position anderer nachvollziehen und danach handeln kann.
