I'm in charge of material management by controlling and adjusting our materialdemands. I'm daily in contact with our supplier network so we get right materialright time either from our DC or as a inter-company purchases from otherbranches. I also do our demand planning for forecasts (short term) and budget(long term). Also I'm in close contact with Western European region of Dokagroup and developing our processes and collaboration with other doka countries.

I was in charge of empty cable drums recycling unit. I was responsible for dailyoperations at the site in Riihimäki. It included planning of incoming and outgoinglogistic, resource planning and HR. I was also responsible for work safetyand development of production and processes.

My main responsibilities were quality, bill of materials, production developmentand inventory. I was key user for ERP program (production). I also worked assubstitute for manufacturing manager. Then I was responsible entireproduction at factory including planning, timing, purchasing and leading.Onthe time I worked there, I made several improvements for inventory,production planning, cost/production calculations from ERP. I was also Safetymanager for the factory.

I managed and coordinated production in our factory. My areas of responsibilitywere assembly line including scheduling and development and problem solving inassembly with engineering and purchasing. In-house logistics and stocks wereunder my supervision and were handled by our sub-contractor

I managed the product family of cooling systems. I attended, developed and I wasliable to its cost structure. I also managed and coordinated the deliveries in cooperation with the subcontractor. In addition I coordinated the planning ofconsultants outside our company in these projects. The development of theproduct family was also my responsibility together with the design team.Software used in the design are Autocad and Inventor from Autodesk.I also supervised the installation of cable machinery abroad. The utmost placeshave been China and Taiwan
