I worked as a test manager and project manager among other roles. As project manager, I managed the delivery and installation of switches globally for a client. In that role I was coordinating the activities of both Fujitsu and subcontractor personnel. As test manager, I managed e.g. the testing of new network monitoring software for Fujitsu. I also participated in the testing of a CRM solution for a customer and was the test lead for the mobile interface to the solution.

Preparing a work estimate for a customer on how long it would take to prepare a testing process for their Windows based VoIP system solution. Also beginning the design of test cases and selection of testing tools was part of this assignment

Responsilbe for planning and executing testing of various network features in mobile VoIP network, such as Announcements, Supplementary Services, Messaging and Video calls. Worked extensively with SIP. During this time period I had additional roles in technology trials and customer support
