Lead the development of a web based help application for the call center used by 8000 global agents.• Created first analysis program for call center knowledge management group which provided extensive insights into call center agents’ knowledge gaps. • Designed, developed, delivered the first generation of the website search available on www.capitalone.com website.• Implemented first search metrics program for call center managers/analysts which improved the usability of search on multiple fronts.

Co-Founder in developing a real time multi-channel geolocation based offer targeting platform including development of Facebook app, Twitter integration, e-mail messaging, iPhone app and website widgets. Developed the application on Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk) using a highly scalable cloud architecture. Created the user interactions and consumer/merchant workflows for the application including a strategy for continuous integration and deployment for the web, mobile and apps. Created an iPhone app for Offeretti including the mobile user interfaces and data interfaces with the platform. Offeretti was selected as Top 50 finalist for fbFund in 2009.
