Responsibilities:- Work with the founders and leadership team to define the company's strategy and priorities, ensuring that short- and long-term goals align with the overall vision of the company.- Coordinate and track the company's strategic initiatives by providing analysis, recommendations, and regular progress reports.- Ensure consistency and transparency within the organization by working with teams (Business, Marketing, Product, Administrative…) to align efforts with the company's strategic priorities.- Establish and manage cross-functional projects involving different teams within the company (e.g. Financing, Security certifications, events…).- Provide financial and operational analysis to support decision-making and risk management.- Collaborate with the human resources and recruitment teams to develop talent recruitment and development strategies, ensuring that the company has the necessary resources to achieve its goals.- Establish and manage partnerships with key partners to support the growth of the company.- I have a focus on managing Marketing & Communications activities.
