It is important for me to gather information and to disseminate it. I'm also committed to accompanying people in the process, ask questions and help see things from different points of view and understand the real challenges. To drive a project, I love the approach of rapidly experimenting the hypotheses to quickly sort out what works and what doesn’t. It requires implementing a monitoring, evaluation and feedback system. The quicker one comes up with something, without seeking perfection at the first try, the quicker one can get feedback and start improving.
