Coordinate with all MAG 11 Maintenance and Material Control Officers to develop plans to complete technical directives with minimal impact on full mission capable aircraft and their availability. Ensure F/A-18 aircraft assigned to MAG 11 have proper configuration for daily missions and unit deployments. Screen all planner and evaluator requests submitted for all F/A-18 assigned to MAG 11.

Facilitated effective communication between 4 Fleet Readiness Center Depot maintenance sites and 5 Marine Aircraft Group squadrons, allowing immediate response to requirements and tracking of 7 aircraft inspections to include High Flight Hour, and Planned Maintenance Interval. Screened Aviation Maintenance Supply Readiness Reporting system data daily for 168 aircraft, on station and deployed, to ensure accuracy of information and reporting statuses. As the Division Chief I manage 48 Marines covering 4 different Work Centers. Serve as the Squadron Equal Opportunity Officer and Alcohol Screening Program Coordinator. Certifications include: Lean and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, OSHA 10 Hour and Urinalysis Program Coordinator. I have been to and passed the following formal courses: Quality Assurance School.

-Perform all responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) for the AviationLife Support Systems Division, and assist all other maintenance and ordnancedivisions.-Review the qualifications of personnel nominated to become Collateral Duty Inspectors, orCollateral Duty Quality Assurance Representatives, interview and test as appropriate andprovide appropriate recommendations to the QA Officer.-Responsible for conducting Organizational and Intermediate level squadron inspections toidentify areas of concern and to determine steps required for program involvement.-Ensure all scheduled Work Center, Program and Special Audits as well as the follow-upAudits are conducted and documented within the time frame set by the NAMP (Naval Aviation Maintenance Program.)-Serve as the program monitor for five NAMP directed programs for all of Marine Aviaiton Logistics Squadron 11 to include: Maintenance Training for over 500 Marines and Sailors, Aviation Life Support Systems, Aviators Breathing Oxygen, Individual Component Repair List, and Aircraft Confined Space Entry.-Provide training to all work center CDI's and CDQAR's in MALS 11, as well as allMAG-11 squadrons.

I maintained a 77% ASVAB category I-IIIA, high school graduate or senior in good standing 100%.-Complete Commanding Officer's High School Milestones.-Achieve monthly contracting and shipping requirements.-Prepare members of the Delayed Entry Program (DEP), mentally and physically, for therigors of recruit training.-Maintained a .04% Recruit Training Attrition rate which was one of the best in Chicago.
