Created and executed compelling, layered festivals and events for the Kansas City Power & Light District and Kansas City Live! Block with major events including Beer Fest, Cornucopia, Urbana, Pig & Swig, Miller Lite Hot Country Nights, Coors Light Block Party Concert Series and Live! watch parties.

- Managed the contracting process including offer letters, rider review, red-line and negotiation, addendums, fulfillment, and financial settlement for over 80 events, with individual budgets ranging from $750 - $75,000, over the course of two annual presenting seasons. - Communicated with artist’s production and logistics staff to advance all non-technical aspects of events including scheduling, travel, accommodations, catering, merchandise sales, and special venue itineraries consisting of educational outreach, marketing, and donor relations activities.- Provided day-of oversight to front-of-house staff including bartenders, concessions staff, volunteers, students, hospitality assistants, and interns.- Strategically established and maintained cooperative relationships with local hospitality vendors and negotiated competitive corporate rates and sponsorships.- Acted as theater liaison to Wickenburg High School Administration, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling of school productions and events, supporting curriculum learning experiences, and instructing students on proper operation of theater technical equipment.

- Managed contract fulfillment and coordinated non-technical advance annually for approximately 100 artist groups and Scottsdale International Film Festival participants with total annual contracted performance fees in excess of $1.5 million.- Provided oversight and management of annual artist services budget in excess of $250,000, closing out each fiscal year with a budget surplus.- Supervised artist services assistants, volunteers, and associated event staff, and served as the point of contact between internal departments and artists to ensure a quality experience for both performers and patrons.
