I worked on various new products over the past few years to primarily improve the payment solutions with the latest innovations based on global merchant trends. These included: Payment Analytics, Customer monitoring, Terminal Management services and Oracle POS Integration. Defining clear and unambiguous requirements, writing value proposition statements for both the Payments Solution provider and the customer, assist with marketing strategies, write and oversea sales enablement processes for new products and solutions, provide training on new products, define pricing, identifying budget and resource requirements. All this to ultimately define and conclude the four P’s – Product, price, place, promotion. Working with Partners and Vendors on product strategy, roadmap, product innovation, delivery expectations and product or solution implementation. Using Agile methodologies to complete projects. Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are clear and valuable. Attend constant development demos to ensure software products are meeting the end user requirements. Provide development feedback when needed and provide senior level feedback on software initiatives as required.

Designing of new Postilion components and solution design for many environments within the Postilion product suite. Gathering Requirements from Customers, writing documentation such as Product Specifications, Solution Designs, Solution Scope, and Business Requirement Documents. Assessing Solution scope for potential new business and running the estimations process for the Postilion Implementation Services Group to determine the customer needs and operational requirements. Working as part of the Implementation team to onboard new customers and build and test the solution with the customer to ensure the payments solution functions as intended.

I worked on Postilion related support cases logged by customers globally. The support provided included Capitec Bank, Network International, Nedbank, Standard Bank, various international bank such as Ayudhya in Thailand and Kiwi Bank in New Zealand, Shoprite, Pick’nPay, Coops Foods, Morrisions, Boots, etc.Working with all products such as Realtime Framework, Office, ATM app, Post Card, Terminal Management Services, Portal Framework, Node interfaces (Visa, MasterCard, PostBridge, ATMApp, PosConnect, NixBridge etc.)
