Oversee the operations and manage several projects handled by various architects. Spearheads and supervise all activities and project decision making by project architects for the completion and smooth flow of the project. Monitor and check the workload of the design team and delegate work to corresponding architects. Engage meetings and conducts pre-design, pre-bidding, and clarification meetings with clients, marketing, and engineering consultants. Conducts initial work orientation of incoming designers of the firm for the company’s goal settings.
