I am a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master's degree in Management. I currently work at terre haute south menards as the assistant manager sales representative in flooring. Working there has helped me gain valuable leadership skills, time management skills, merchandising, sales, problem solving, critical thinking, and people skills. I am passionate about learning, improving, and developing new skills that will help me further my career.When I am not working, I am huge sports fan especially in football and basketball. My favorite holiday is the 4th of July because I love shooting off fireworks. At some point I would want to be certified in pyrotechnics. I also love spending time with my family and friends doing some fun activities such as going to the movies and having game nights.I am always looking forward on developing new skills and enhancing the skills that I already have. Some of soft skills that I have and need to enhance on are leadership skills, organizational, time management, and adaptability. Some the hard skills that I have and need to improve on is budgeting, decision making, financial, human resources, Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point.
