Having graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master of Architecture degree in May of 2014, Timothy Balding has worked on a variety of projects from architectural team member on the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team for the Disney Springs project to currently working on The Hope Center for Children with Disabilities in Northern Ethiopia. Before choosing to pursue a life-long dream of becoming an architect, Timothy Balding worked in the construction industry at many different levels, including carpenter, cabinet maker, boat builder, and owner/operator of a remodeling and custom cabinet making business with his two brothers, Balding Brothers LLC. Which continues to this day as a successful family business. With an affinity for craftsmanship and uncompromising detail, all works completed over the fifteen plus years in the industry reflect the personal standards that he strives for in all endeavors.
