Responsible for the overall management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the company’s equipment valued in excess of $4,000,000 for wheeled vehicles. Is responsible for supporting business unit profitability in his/her region. Acts as a change agent for the organization and will drive this process through EFCO Corporation. Programs can require significant development and departures from existing practices.

Manage the implementation of various projects and processes in manufacturing to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. System admin for our Computerized Maintenance Management System to ensure that tracking of equipment maintenance can be accomplished from request to completion. Create, manage, and deploy all reports on internal scrape and reissued material to ensure that quality improvement efforts are focused on the greatest issues. Key responsibility of coordinating the: organization, design, procurement, repair, use, and safety of Manufacturing Tooling.

As an Engineering Support Technician, I was responsible for completing tasks driven by department projects and initiatives, for executing countermeasures assigned through Managing Daily Improvement (MDI) activities. I also had to analyze equipment specifications and requirements and identify opportunities through root cause analysis.To be successful I had to concept, design, and implement tools, fixtures, jigs, templates and guards while using CAD software to create layout concepts, 3D model designs, and animated simulations.To see the solution to the end I had to work with vendors to maximize service relationships and competitive bidding and support and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.With the larger projects the included supporting and assisting with the execution of the annual capital budget.All with little or no supervision

As a painter I worked several jobs in the Paint Line department. The jobs range from staging the material to ensure that we painted what the customer needs to actually applying the finish to the product.
