Engineering Lead for the Michigan Market responsible for all A&E management• Responsible for the ordering, review and approval of all construction drawings, Structural / Mount analysis and tower mapping for all AT&T towers in the BV Michigan market.• Manage and coordinate with outside vendor partners to negotiate price, deliverables and forecast dates.• Identify and correct inconsistencies between client information and current physical structure builds.• Assist Site acquisition and Lead construction managers on various issues with Antenna installation/upgrades.• Balance Budgets for all A&E outsourced work.• Work closely with Market project managers to produce deliverables and meet client forecast dates• Provide input to client and management team on the feasibility and likelihood of Antenna installations. • Secure modification bids from general contractors on failing towers• Provide engineering information for multiple teams on new carrier additions.• Attend site visits on difficult engineering jobs to obtain real life hands on approach.

• Prepare candidate information reports related to leasing and land use viability• Coordinate with or supervises outside vendor partners, environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, engineers and drafting technicians• Identify potential risk scenarios. • Draft and proof record-able transaction documents, easements, warranty deeds, etc. for legal department review.• Prepare zoning and permitting applications

Architecture and Engineering project manager. Responsibilities include the overall approval of Construction Drawings for various wireless Cell towers , process improvement , interfacing with vendors and customers aimed to complete tower mods / adds and new builds.

My responsibilities included the management of several senior staff consultants and specialists involved in the creation of process development for various new network centers across the Verizon footprint. This included training on internal systems, ticketing as well as working with labor, legal and finance organizations to gain approval to move forward with the creation of new centers. Prior to project management I held positions in Tier II class 5 switching support and also managed a team of 19 specialists handing all the DMS class 5 switches in a 24x7 operating environment. Many of my skills included crisis/outage management, overall coordination of upgrades and reporting working with the FCC and other organizations.
