Asist military services with supply chain life cycle management, policies, procedures, and provide instructions and associated logistic support systems, i.e., Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), FEDLOG, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Standard Study Number-Line Item Number Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS), H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC), H6 Item Name Directory, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps / Army (GCSS-MC and GCSS-A), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

Assist Army Reserve personnel with cleansing data from legacy Standard Army Management Systems (STAMIS), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Standard Army Maintenance System, (SAMS) in preparation for migration to Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A). Ensure all data cleansing is conducted in accordance with published fielding schedules and cleansing checklist. Conduct site visit and make telephonic contact to assist in this effort. Oversee three personnel as a Data Cleansing Team Lead.

• Assisted the U. S. Army with property accountability for over 10,000 pieces of military equipment with a net value of $2.2 billion.• Provided guidance on inventory procedures for the U. S. Amy Reserve/Active Duty posed of 200+ military units, based on regulatory procedures and higher headquarter policies which decreased loses by 80%. • Redistributed over $1.9 million worth of excess military equipment between Army Reserve units to improve the readiness, in preparation for deployment, of the command by 20%. • Advised senior logistic officers, Brigade and Battalion Property Book Officers, and Unit Supply representatives on Army property policies/procedures which resulted in limited losses of government assets within the Command.• Assisted all units within the command on procuring supplies and equipment so they were ready to deploy in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) & Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

• Managed property accountability at both the Brigade/Battalion level, as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), for approximately $102 million worth of equipment which significantly reduced losses within both Army Commands.• Verified property accountability policies and procedures where adhered to for all subordinate unit through the use of an inspection program know as Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP). • Ensured property was on hand, on valid requisition, or on redistribution order for all units within the Brigade/Battalion.• Manage the redistribution of approximately 5200 pieces of excess equipment, totaling $18.9 million, thorough the command which increased the unit readiness by 75%.

Set up and maintained an automated supply system for controlling and accounting for organization property. Inspected work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinated logistical support for all of the units required training events. Requisitioned, received, and maintained unit supplies and equipment worth $8.9 Million. Ensured accountability of organizational and individual equipment was maintained by the use of Unit Level Logistics System-S4 (ULLS-S4). Advised the Commander on any and all supply related issues, to include inventories and unit readiness.
