Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager. Assure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills; assist manager in performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, recognition.) Provide the basis of a great place to work by treating staff with respect. Help Account Manager identify, meet and exceed the needs of the customer. Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime by ensuring the weekly work schedule is complete. Reconcile security logs against shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports and weekly payroll prior to submitting to manager. Assist Manager with equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account, maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists.

Serves as Senior Supervisor and subject matter expert for one of the most diverse directorates in the Field Artillery; responsible for over 11 officers, 5 warrant officers, 14 noncommissioned officers, 11 Department of the Army civilian employees, 10 Foreign Liaison Officers (FLO) and 59 contracted employees; advises the Director in the areas of training development, distributive learning, instructor certification, joint doctrine, logistical actions and administrative matters; ensures that all training products meet the needs of the Army, both active duty and reserve component; accountable for overseeing $5 million dollars’ worth of equipment; ensures that 100 percent of all assigned equipment is maintained and accounted for using hand receipts and monthly inventories. Directly coordinates, develop, and evaluate the units’ Command supply Discipline Program to ensure commendable ratings during annual inspections. Served as the manger for Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Troop in a rapid deployable Heavy Brigade Combat Team; responsible for the combat readiness, safety, health, welfare, morale, discipline, training, and work schedule of 201 individuals working in 39 different military occupational specialties while supporting 20 separate staff sections. Also responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and readiness of 49 military vehicles to include all associated equipment worth in excess of $50 million dollars; forecast the ordering of supplies and ammunition to ensure unit was always combat ready; advised the senior manager (commander) on all personnel issues, supply and demand, and administrative matters to include the execution of life cycle management for all assigned equipment, employee vacation days, and equipment management. Responsible for the recruitment and training of new person to ensure that the unit was always manned at a level of 95 percent; Work 12 hour work days and some weekends.
