AssetOwl is an innovative technology company which has combined technologies such as Geospatial Information Systems, Virtual Reality and Image Recognition to develop our own Internal Visualisation System (IVS) an enterprise software solution specifically designed for the retail industry. AssetOwl provides retailers a virtual tour of every store in a retailers network and one source of the truth for all their store network information. Founded Credo in 2003 in Melbourne and grew it to become a national company providing fit-out and project management services to the retail industry, assisting retailers to refurbish their existing store network or open new stores.In 2010 established a Mining Division offering Facilities Management and Remote Camp operations. Achievements: Grew business to turnover of +$25mil, offices in Melb, Syd, Bris & Perth with a full-time staff of 25 and approx. 500 casuals working around the country on up to 50 projects concurrently. Secured Bunnings as our first client in Oct 2003 and retained them as a client for all 13 years we owned Credo Group.Secured and subsequently renewed at the expiration of each term, Tier 1 national preferred supplier contracts with Coles (and all their retail brands) and Woolworths. Contracts were valued at approx. $4mil. - $6mil. p.a. for each retailer. Collaboratively worked with Senior Coles executives and industry stakeholders to develop a new service delivery model for store refurbishments which consolidated 300 suppliers to 2 (Credo being the primary supplier), reduced project timelines from 4 weeks down to 10 days, improving store sales on average $2mil. Commenced in April 1997 and opened the first Victorian office of Integrated Workforce (4th office at the time) which was an emerging blue-collar labor hire company headquartered in Perth, WA. Over the course of my tenure, the company grew to over 50 offices, a turnover of +$300mil, and listed on the ASX.Initially commenced employment as a Sales Manager for the Cheltenham, Vic branch and was ultimately given the opportunity to develop and lead a National Sales team focusing on securing national contracts.Achievements: Secured national accounts with Adidas, Inghams Enterprises, Boral, Linfox, Coles Supermarkets
