The role at PumaEnergy is to look after the Puma Head Office along with the many purchased PumaEnergy sites across Australia.

This Desktop Support role entails being the second level of support for the 3 metropolitan hospitals for UnitingCare Health, The Wesley Hospital / St Andrews War Memorial Hospital and the Sunshine Coast Private Hospital. Due to the urgency of the medical field this role requires quick, timely and accurate support to the business.

First point of contact for users across Thiess in Australia, with a focus to resolve queries remotely, quickly and escalating where required. Some Systems Administration and Network Administration required which led to a broad scope of responsibility. Desktop Support for the Head Office was also a requirement for this role, which involved Level 1, 2 and 3 tasks, along with a strong rapport with customers and upper management.

First point of contact for users of the ABC Learning Centre Head Office, and also the various Centre's across Australia. Support was mostly remote due to no regional IT support, a strong ability to talk customers through hardware configuration (in the event that remote access was unavailable) and software setup was key to this role.Company was initially Jupiter ITC, however changed the name part way through.
