• Served as counsel and advisor for all phases of government procurement for the Joint Strike Fighter Program, which acquires next-generation strike aircraft for three U.S. Services as well as non-U.S. Department of Defense participants and Foreign Military Sales customers. • Provided legal advice and support to multiple F-35 Integrated Product Teams, which managed a program baseline that projects total acquisition costs of $400 billion.
