Responsible for addressing and preventing security issues within database products by ensuring adherence to the Department of Defense Security Technical Implementation Guides and certification of DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) systems. Implemented and documented Branch standards for database installs, upgrades as well as a standardized hardware platform for SQL server and shared Oracle Enterprise database servers. Develop, Implement and manage standardized System Security Plan documentation which was favorably met by Cyber Security during CVA and CCRI audits of the Enterprise databases.
