Information Technology Support Management for Midwest region team, including all hardware/software support for sales/service, and office personnel. Providing technical support for multiple offices remotely, and at our office in Detroit, MI. Duties also include Conference room AV support for Microsoft Teams conference rooms. IP phone setup and installation. Providing support for audio/visual broadcasts, and presentations globally. Network support, installation, maintenance, updating, patches, and troubleshooting, as well as any peripherals, and network printer support. I am also responsible for retail technical support for office personnel at our Microsoft stores throughout the region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Providing Information Technology Support/Management for the Great Lakes region, including all hardware/software support for over 300 clients, at 11 remote sites, and all Detroit office personnel. Duties also include; Conference room AV support, IP phone setup and installation. Providing support for audio/visual broadcasts, and presentations globally. Network support, installation, maintenance, updating, patches, and troubleshooting, as well as any peripherals and network printer support. I have also been asked to interview prospective employees, and provide recommendations on qualifications, and specifically, if the candidate would be a good fit for Microsoft, and Unisys. When the positions are filled, it has been my responsibility to train the new employee on the procedures and processes required to support the site. Also aiding them while they are learning.I was also responsible for a pilot project, providing retail technical support for office personnel at our Microsoft retail stores throughout the region.

Responsible for Technology support/management, troubleshooting, and repair of all computers, networking, wireless, and printing, all mobile devices, and Promethean projection systems, as needed at all business offices, as well as all schools district wide. Duties include; deployment of any computing equipment, computer related peripherals, educational instruction hardware/software installation and support, as well as hardware repair. Responsibilities also include, Cisco phone management and support, Audio/Video support, as well as video recording of school board meetings for monthly Comcast broadcasts

Responsible for second and third level deskside/network support, troubleshooting, and repair of all computers, networking, and printers as needed at all hospital facilities. Duties include deployment of any computer related peripherals, mobile devices,software installation and support as well as repair.
