Whilst working for Tie Rack, I assisted with all paperwork and banking procedures and other store administration. My specific role was to manage and direct staff and serve and promote products - but also to aid new staff in their development of customer service training. During my time here, I have dealt with much of the ’Health and Safety’ procedures and have been provided with additional training as a fire marshal. My key abilities that make my success and aid in proven sales track records are; my ability to indulge customers and develop an instant rapport. I maintain a ‘can do’ attitude at all times with a cheery disposition to follow, so as to be welcoming and helpful to any potential customer. When quiet periods appear, I am able to delegate tasks in an effective manner to staff and continue to find new and different ways of engaging with people.
