As the Naval Surface Force Atlantic Communications Officer, one of the U.S. Navy type commands. It consists of more than 70 ships, 25 separate organizations, and 25,000 personnel. I was responsible for manning training and equipping Atlantic Forces’ Information Technology (IT) Systems, Network Operations (NETOPS), Computer Network Defense (CND), Information Assurance (IA); Electronic Key Material System (EKMS) policy and guidance; enabling Command and Control capabilities to support deploying units; development of C4I maintenance and modernization strategies; and providing support for the development/evaluation of C4I system tactics and doctrine.

Proficiently led 77 personnel in the day-to-day management of 32 terrestrial and satellite circuits, 75 network servers, and 1,500 network assets on four separate enclaves. Seamlessly Migrated users from CENTCOM to AFRICOM domain and provided mission support for CJTF Horn of Africa entire area of operation. Managed dynamic connectivity for visits by POTUS and VPOTUS, Cabinet Members, and seven major embarked command elements including JTF Katrina Operations Command Post, Principal Federal Official/FEMA Advanced Post, Rescue Coordination Center, COMCARGRUSTRGRU TEN, COMPHIGRU TWO and COMPHIBRON FOUR during JTF Katrina/Rita Operations.
