Responsible to the OIC in leading 289 technicians performing organizational level flight line maintenance on a fleet of 26 F-15C/D aircraft valued at over $910M. Plans and executes an annual Flying-Hour Program of over 5,300 combat and training sorties. Enforces maintenance, supply, training, military and safety discipline. Supervises the readiness of people, equipment and aircraft to meet worldwide deployments in support of US PACOM contingency and training operations and maintains the only active duty night vision goggle capability on an air superiority platform in this theater. Provides aircraft status briefings to 18 WG/CC and 18 MXG/CC. Ensures readiness to accomplish short-notice mobilization, worldwide deployment and efficient combat employment of F-15 air superiority fighters supporting PACOM OPlans and higher-headquarters directed contingency operations. Provides the only F-15 air superiority assets in the Asian and the western Pacific AORs. ADVON OIC: Deploys with maintenance team responsible for reception and bed down of aircraft focusing on the Combat Turn of aircraft to immediately place on alert status. Coordinates with home station on viability of meeting tasking identifying and correcting shortfalls to HHQ.

Leads 183 personnel and manages seven distinct work centers in the Air Force' largest maintenance squadron. Directs critical repair actions on 53 F-15, 15 KC-135, 2 E-3, 1 RC-135, 12 C-130, 9 HH-60 and AMC transient aircraft and 1,250 pieces of aerospace ground equipment. Responsible for all structural maintenance, welding and machining, nondestructive inspections, corrosion control and survival equipment who meet critical demands for global mobility and contingency commitments. Develops and manages an annual operating budget in excess of $4.2M. Responsible for over $3M of industrial equipment. Coordinates with depot engineers to resolve complex structural problems.

Trains 24 students annually, manage students’ F-15 academics and system certification to include mentoring, counseling, and enforcing of core disciplines. Provides training to new instructors, ultimately leading to their course certification and acquirement of Teaching Practicum Certificate.

Responsible for the inspection and repair of F-15C/D model aircraft. Ensured the timely completion of all HPO1, HPO2, and periodic inspection work cards, specializing in hydraulic system inspection, troubleshooting, and repair. One of two individuals trained and certified in the cutting and repair of installed hydraulic lines to facilitate the removal and installation of major aircraft structural components. Completed necessary Time Compliance Technical Orders. Maintained the necessary documentation on all maintenance performed in the appropriate forms. Trained newly assigned airmen on core tasks during a 4-month training period they were assigned to the Inspection Element.

Responsible for performing high-quality maintenance on F-15C/D aircraft.
