Af Ph 7 Quality Control Manager
CurrentQuality Control Manager for AF PH 7 BOA contract. Develops and maintains Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the task order for initial submittal; provides annual updates to HNC. Reviews and approves the QCP and revisions, as well as Facility Maintenance Plans. Manages Tt-Mt JV Quality Incident Report (QIR) processes and facilitates the prompt identification of quality variances, determination of root cause, corrective and preventative actions for each variance. Reports all QIRs and negative quality trends to Tt-Mt JV Management for review and assessment supporting proper resource allocation. . Manages Tt-Mt JV Back Check process for both Service Order and Recurring Maintenance activities to ensure the QCP objectives for Back Checks are attained and results of all are logged for record and corrective actions are promptly completed when required. Coordinates performance variances with the Tt-Mt JV’s engineering, Service Order and Maintenance Managers; capture and provide results to Tt-Mt JV Management, Project Manager and Program Manager. Maintains the USACE Resident Management System (RMS) and submits reports as required. . Establishes an overall records management system for the TO too ensure clarity, completeness, ability to retrieve, and conformance to contract requirements and document security. Ensures all contract requirements are reviewed for accuracy and quality before submittal to HNC. Conducts, and designates representatives to conduct no-notice inspections of Tt-Mt JV on and off site activities and key processes inclusive of invoice audits, submittals compilation and on-site assessments of RM and MR activities as they are conducted. Utilizes Stop Work Authority for all RM&MR actions deemed not be in conformance with Task Order requirements, the Tt-Mt JV QCP or EM 385-1-1. Directs and manages quarterly/annual Tt-Mt JV QA audits.
