- Responsible for the global services pre-production and standards program- Build and communicate baseline project deliverables/metrics to leadership and internal/external stakeholders, responsible to design and execute quantitative methodologies to provide outputs for program sign off to achieve full support and buy-in - Build the solutioning life cycle program to study, test and develop long term alternative to meet today’s business requirements and proactively communicate to leadership for business continuity purpose.- Validate, test and support the implementation and maintenance for access control, video surveillance, smart locker and biometric system design, video AI specifications and standards- Manage and design the pre-production security labs infrastructure and security core application sandboxes for working on security technical architecture systematic changes and staging prior to production- Responsible for technical solutioning to develop viable system architecture for new technology, drives design, implementation and handover of new core physical access control systems to the Operations and GSOC teams

- Develop creative solutions that integrate and enhance current physical protection and operations continuity model for customers- Solution matter expert for company's technology portfolio such as CCURE 9000, Genetec, Exacq, Lenel OnGuard etc- develop security solution designs and lead pre-sales responsibilities for major clients in the Bay area.- Understand the required building permits, egress policies and building codes in order to guide the sales when creating a security system design for the end user.- Initiate steps to nurture the link between end user working parties to understand and address un-met business needs - Keep up to date with current facility vulnerability trends and work with end users to close those security gaps in their facility and aligning those methods of operations with their software compatibility, IT infrastructure and operations work flow.- Designing the network infrastructure required to support the proposed tech solution, e.g. managed routers, switches, media converters etc- Presenting the value proposition of integrated solutions and setting up of various security pilot initiatives to evaluate solution effectiveness.- Do data/transmission load calculation and advise on remote data archive platform based on client needs, e.g. direct attached storage, network attached storage, storage area network etc.- Involve in the post sales group to help alignment of strategy, objective milestones, polices and standards to ensure timely project completion

- Lead the development of the in house and core distributor access control brand portfolio- Build brand positioning/management strategies to address the local and regional markets- Design market specific brand pricing and bundling promotions for my markets- Organize market research session with resellers and distributors to evaluate my band relevance in their markets- Analysing market/user consumption trend to gauge brand performance/relevant to market needs indicators for portfolio improvements.- In charge of building value proposition strategies to empower the sales - Travel to the factories for quality control verifications and providing feedback on new solution developments to keep my product line align with market needs.- Lead a 2 man team to close functionality gaps in my brand portfolio and keep up to date with security vulnerability trends to justify productizing technology and budget proposals. - In charge of marketing collateral design and branding strategies- Conduct yearly sales visits to the Macau and Malaysia regional offices to align their sales teams to the security solutions, standards and strategies that the Certis HQ has developed.

- Manage a team to handle tier 1 client support- Involved in quarterly updates with Product Managers for product positioning feedback and providing insight on existing/new user un-met needs - Designing presales presentations to showcase company's solutions to end users- Work with end users to understand the financial formulas they require and help familiarize them with the databases and availability of the required figures.- Delegate work to my team to ensure timely turn-around for client questions and conduct monthly feedback sessions to address my team's concerns.- Resolve tier 1 Windows/MAC software compatibility issues as part of the team serving over 40 computers and mobile devices in the Asia-Pacific Headquarters
