Largest Privately-Held Envelope Manufacturer in the United States; East Region 2005 - 2010Total responsibility for managing and directing the Company's business interests in the East Region of the United States. The Regional Budget was approximately 350 Million Dollars and included nine manufacturing facilities with a total of nearly 2000 employees.

Full responsibility for managing and directing the Company's business at three manufacturing plants in the Northeastern United States while continuing to fulfill the GM responsibility at the Worcester Division. The combined operating budget for these three facilities was approximately 125 Million Dollars and included 650 employees. All three Divisions posted profitable results in each year.

Top to Bottom responsibility of managing the Company's manufacturing facility; This facility's operating budget ranged from 30 to 34 Million Dollars annually and included 180 employees. The Worcester Division produced profitable results for every fiscal period from 1994 through 2005.

Established and built a new, stand-alone envelope printing and distribution facility to service the Company's customers in the Northeastern United States. This facility had an operating budget of 15 Million Dollars and 60 employees.

Full responsibility for managing and directing all manufacturing and distribution departments and processes in a full service envelope manufacturing facility with an operating budget of 30 Million Dollars and 190 employees.

Responsible for managing and directing the support departments in a full-service manufacturing facility including Shipping, Receiving, Cutting, Printing Services, and Personnel.

Responsible for managing and directing all activities and processes in the Customer Service Department in a full service manufacturing plant. Included among these were: hiring and training of personnel, cost estimating, pricing, order processing and expediting, on-time shipment, and processing credit requests.

Responsible for marketing and implementing the Company's Computerized Multiple Order System for large customers with multiple ship-to locations. Customers included Corporations and Financial Institutions that were national or regional in scope, and followed a centralized purchasing model ordering customized products for shipment in small quantities to multiple branch and office locations nation-wide.

Worked on the development of new envelope applications, new products, and new service offerings for customers. Developed collateral marketing materials to support new initiatives, along with prospect lists, and sales plans and strategies. Participated in sales calls and presentations of new products and services to prospects and customers.

Manufacturer of linings for the apparel industry.Manager: Customer Service & Advertising, Responsible for managing the processes and activities for the Company's Customer Service Department as well as overseeing and directing the advertising effort.

Assisted the Director of Admissions in all aspects of planning and implementing the College's recruiting and admissions activities and processes. Key areas of responsibility included high school and junior college recruiting visits; developing promotional materials, planning Alumni Receptions and Open Houses, interviewing and evaluating candidates for admission; screening and processing applications for admission; reporting department performance vs. target.

Responsible for conducting recruiting activities in the Northeastern United States as part of the College's Admissions effort. Spent approximately 36 weeks a year traveling to visit high schools and junior colleges; Pennsylvania, along with all the New England States. Other activities included telephone outreach to prospective students, interviewing and screening candidates; and reviewing applications and making admissions decisions.
