- Provide quality nutritional care to patients including the development, implementation and monitoring of Medical Nutrition Therapies- Development and monitoring of enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support regimens- Development and implementation of educational programs for patients and staff- Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings- Assistance in departmental and facility performance improvement program- Preceptor for dietetic intern(s)- Chair of Physician Satisfaction Committee- Administrator on duty during given weekend(s)

- Clinical Dietitian and Sales Representative- Formulate, revise and maintain patients' enteral nutrition founded on evidence-based medicine- Perform patient assessments and reassessments- Provide in home education and demonstrations to patients and caregivers in regards to enteral support- Founded and developed new enteral business territory for the greater San Antonio area- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other referral sources in the medical community- Provide in-services to various healthcare teams- Keep apprised of emerging research regarding enteral nutrition- Assist in the billing process for enteral Durable Medical Equipment
