Timothy Cotter is a Senior Construction Administrator at HKS Inc at HKS. He possess expertise in design research, bim, comprehensive planning, submittals, leed ap and 13 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Tim and myself and others at TCI have worked together on one of the best resorts in the world, Atlantis most resent expansion. Tim was the leader on the site and did a wonderful job managing the efforts to get the Atlantis hotel and residents open on time. It's been a pleasure working with Tim and HKS in the past and I look forward to our next project together."
