 Develop tools and systems to assist the Regional Network to have input to programme design and evaluation. Develop performance reporting for the Regional Network, including managing regular Dashboard reporting to the Minister and the IAG senior executive. Develop tools, guidelines and systems to improve communication, document and information sharing, and the establishment of consistent administrative practices across the Regional Network. Co-ordinate the preparation of Regional Network updates for monthly Division-wide publications. Manipulate, analyse and interpret data to gain insight into the performance of Network delivery

• Lead the development of a collection of performance data marts to strengthen the integrity of the statistics published by the portfolio.• Enhance the executives’ ability to monitor and evaluate the performance of the portfolio by enabling dynamic exploration of performance statistics• Manipulate, analyse and interpret data to gain insight into the performance of the portfolio. • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to improve the quality and accuracy of performance data;• Support the portfolio’s approach to performance measurement assurance through the objective review and analysis of performance measures and their associated data series;• Review, advise and coordinate Portfolio performance measure improvements in line with the government’s performance and accountability framework.

• Manage debt recovery registry for the Federal Government’s Home Insulation program• Prepare written submissions and recommendations for senior management regarding recoverable debts• Analyse and prepare complex supporting documentation for referral to external debt recovery specialists• Apply debt recovery legislation and policies, including National Building Code Standards and Financial Management and Accountability (FMA) Act 1997

• Conduct complex data analysis using FMIS and Excel to prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly financial statements and yearly financial statements• Develop advanced financial models through the use of Excel and Access to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and avoid manual data gathering and manipulation• Provide reporting and financial management advice to senior management and state offices • Liaise with and represent CDPP in meetings with external auditors • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders regarding asset stocktake process for the department’s state offices• Apply financial management knowledge, including knowledge of the FMA Act and Chief Executive Instructions to develop and maintain DCPP’s financial management procedures
