Accountable for Americas Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (ICP-MS) business:• Construct business strategies to build ICP-MS business, including effective promotions.• Develop and continually update persuasive sales arguments and presentations for ICP-MS.• Develop and provide on-going training for the Inorganic Sales Team.• Call on Strategic Accounts with Global Account Executives and Inorganic Sales Reps, developing and maintaining key relationships. Manage national account negotiations directly as needed.• Manage and conduct global semiconductor (clean-room) demonstrations as needed in San Jose Technical Center.• Participate directly in multiple system opportunities (e.g. USP 232 large Pharma).• Assist Inorganic Sales Reps on individual opportunities as needed.• Maintain thorough profiles on competitors• Develop complete customer solutions and go-to-market strategies.
