I held seven NASD/FINRA securities licenses and registrations with an SEC-Registered Investment Bank from 1985 to 2005. During that time, I served as Senior Trading Principal, Director of Compliance, and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee, overseeing 11 internal departments. After retiring my licenses, I transitioned to acting as a principal for our client firms, allowing me to pursue new opportunities. Additionally, I have been a founding principal of seven entrepreneurial ventures. In 1998, I founded Commonwealth Capital Advisors, LLC, followed by Commonwealth Capital, LLC in 2015, and Commonwealth Capital Income Fund I. I am also the co-author and creator of the Financial Architect System™ Course, designed for start-up, early-stage, and later-stage companies, as well as industry professionals.
