Managed team of 7-9 geoscientists and technicians in delivery of more than 50 wells / year and $400MM to $500MM annual D&C budget ramping production by over 60 Mbbl / day in 3 years.- Contributed to reduction in average cost and spud-TD time per well exceeding $1MM and more than 7 days respectively by enacting continuous operational improvement through establishment of KPIs and data analytic processes and enhancing collaboration with drilling engineers.- Initiated and led pre- and post-drill well-audit process where cross-functional team leveraged engineering data, 3D seismic attributes, and earth models and presented recommendations that reduced anomalous frac-hits and offset well production degradation.- Achieved more than $2MM LOE reductions through creation and implementation of comprehensive subsurface study to identify root cause(s) of H2S production variability field wide and empowered multidisciplinary team to identify mitigation candidates.- Led mapping and reservoir characterization study, enabling identification of 200 MMbbl of up-hole resource potential.- Addressed risk to Permian operations through effective management of design and rollout of induced seismicity risk mitigation and monitoring program.- Oversaw merging and PSDM reprocessing and subsequent integration of over 420 sq.mi. of 3D into development workflow.- Led planning and execution of core and log acquisition and analysis to completion modeling program.

Provided technical support to Development and Well Execution teams in Eagle Ford, Permian, and Marcellus assets.- Generated Gates Ranch 3D earth model leveraging seismic and petrophysical data- Designed microseismic acquisition program and interpreted microseismic and various tracer datasets for Wolfcamp and Bone Spring well and bench spacing tests. Planned and executed targeting, steering, and data collection on 90 to 110 Eagle Ford wells / year in the Gates Ranch and Briscoe Ranch fields in delivery of $600MM to $700MM annual budget and 30 to 35% year over year production growth- Drove shift in field development with team members by devising and evaluating multiple Eagle Ford stacked bench spacing pilots.- Identified and co-designed infill-refrac program on mature Eagle Ford leases, providing tool which was leveraged to ultimately divest that acreage for greater than $60MM.- Facilitated senior management’s decision making by making evaluations and recommendations on over $2B worth of business development opportunities.- Leveraged 3D seismic, well logs and microseismic to evaluate and enhance targeting, and well spacing (vertical and lateral)- Generated regional Eagle Ford reservoir quality maps and updated internal tier rankings for investment decisions- Identified and tested potential of the Pearsall formation on Rosetta's acreage

Provided technical support in crafting and capture of company’s long-term investment opportunities. Prioritized based on subsurface quality, scale, economics, commercial risk, and portfolio alignment. - Assessed unconventional potential and possible entry points into the Appalachian, Anadarko, Williston, and several Rockies basins, coordinating with NV team to prioritize play criteria and establish basin tier ranking.- Provided counsel with New Ventures and Business Development teams on optimum lower-48 growth opportunities, leading to establishment of organic 75M acre lease position in the Michigan basin and $755MM acquisition of Comstock Resources Delaware Basin assets.

Maximized asset value through production support and identification of remaining development and exploration potential.- Supervised post-stack reprocessing and generation of attribute volumes on available 3D surveys, leveraging dataset to identify Navarro exploratory play and bypassed Lobo development candidates in mature Schwarz-Rottersman and LaPerla fields.- Presented inventory and exploratory potential for internally run divestiture of the South Texas Lobo assets, netting $95MM in sales.

- Development Geophysicist for Savell Field - leveraged 3D seismic and attributes to identify infill wells, up-hole potential and shallow hazards. Mentored younger staff in Operations.- Operations Geologist for Savell Field development - served as hub of communication between subsurface and operations staff to ensure safe and timely delivery of more than 30 development wells targeting High Pressure, High Temperature Deep Bossier Play. Coordinated, selected and QC'd all logging, coring, and casing point decisions. Production ramped by more than 100MMcf / day during that period.- Development Geophysicist in the Oklahoma panhandle - leveraged high-fidelity 3D seismic, and abundant well log data to generate Atoka and Morrow age prospects targeting fluvial channel sands.
