I have joined the America's sales and applications team at 3PEAK Semiconductors. 3PEAK is a signal chain/power and MCU global semiconductor company. My role is the Senior FAE in the Western Region supporting 3PEAK semiconductor products with our distribution/REP partners and their Accounts. I truly look forward to working with the America's team and building a very strong Analog/Power semiconductor presence with our partners and customers.

My position at Texas Instruments was in the area analog and Mixed Signal Field Applications Engineer serving a wide variety of customers in San Diego. I provide technical solutions in the areas of power, interface, communications, and signal chain solutions. I support customers who develop products in Medical, Handset, Portable, Industrial, Test and Measurement, DTV, Set Top Box, to name a few. Providing solutions to meet stringent customer requirements is crucial to their success.

• Principal Application Engineer, involved with development of integrated circuits for 10/100Mb/s Fas Ethernet.• Performed principal function of systems/application platform for devices.• Developed repeater/adapter, and motherboard applications.• Provided technical interface to customers, documentation of devices (application notes, datasheets), and training of Field Application Engineers

Served as Project Engineer (Electronic Task Leader) on several design projects, leading team in specification, design, manufacture and installation of sonar systems based on contract and schedule specification. Involved in design reviews of other staff projects. Served as hardware lead, designing sonar tracking systems for deep sea applications, mainly in-water electronics processing low level acoustic or magnetic signals. Amplified, equalized, modulated, digitized and transmitted signals over 100 nautical miles of cable. Deployed sonar systems at sea bottom. Participated on deployment team, acting as lead electrical engineer, ensuring system worked throughout deployment.

Taught diverse topic and student level courses. Developed substantial amounts of new course material in areas of circuit design, signal processing, hardware development. Worked with senior engineering students on senior laboratory projects in: large signal electronics projects, radio communications, Aanalog integrated circuit design. Supervised up to six teaching assistants per quarter with respect to lab tasks, grading and discussion groups.Courses taught: Topics in Audio Engineering, Solid State Device Physics and Processing, Low Noise Electronic Circuit Design, Integrated Circuit Design (Signal Processing) and Applications, Senior Project Laboratory, Communication Electronics AM, FM, QAM, Active and Passive Filter Design, Large Signal and Power Electronic Circuit, Microelectronics, Basic Electronics for non electrical engineering majors.

Involved in design of microprocessor controlled, analog signal processors, including programmable gain, bandwidth and sampling-rate. Employed systems in characterization of focal plane arrays for application in field of infrared detection in LandSat Satellites.
