Project: Transbay Block 8, San Francisco

Working within the BCCI projects team in San Francisco, specializing in commercial ground up and high-end tenant improvements, consistently executing the following tasks:- Liaising internally with preconstruction, marketing and finance departments to develop proposals, budgets and timelines for pipeline and prospective projects as well as conduct feasibility studies and value engineering. - Facilitating the transition of projects from pre-construction into construction phase - Reviewing and submitting all design drawings for building permit approval- Coordinating with architects, sub-contractors and vendors during the submittal process, undertaking detailed drawing QA and materials specification. - Providing periodic progress reports and continuous project tracking for client and other stakeholders - Addressing RFI’s and change orders throughout the duration of the project’s construction phase.- Implementing QA measures and ensuring schedule adherence on and off site with Superintendent and sub-contractors- Project commissioning, including development of punch list, final inspection and hand-over. Current projects include office build-outs for Microsoft Havok and Citadel in San Francisco, California.
