Coordinating RRI’s private sector engagement and community-led economies work to advance the forestland and resource rights of Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and Afro-descendant Peoples (IPs, LCs, and ADPs), including women and youth within these communities. This includes coordination of the Path to Scale (P2S) and Interlaken Group initiatives. The P2S is an informal network of donors, financial mechanisms, intermediaries/service providers, and rights-holder groups aiming to scale-up funding and other enabling factors to secure the land and resource rights, conservation, and livelihoods of IPs, LCs, and ADPs to the levels necessary to meet 2030 global climate and biodiversity targets. The Interlaken Group is a network of leaders from influential companies, investors, development finance institutions, rights-holders' groups, and civil society organizations with the purpose of leveraging private sector action to secure the rights of IPs, LCs, and ADPs to land tenure and self-determined livelihoods.

Conducted Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) research and developed guiding principles for partnerships and funding practices. Consulted on Ceres' Just & Inclusive Economy (JIE) strategy, which provides companies, investors, and policymakers a roadmap to transitioning to a circular, zero-emissions economy while building an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workforce; providing equitable wages and benefits; respecting human rights; and enabling a just and inclusive transition toward an economic future that supports the well-being of workers and their communities.

New Delhi, India (Remote From South Bend, In)

Amid COVID-19 restrictions, remotely conducted a market, stakeholder, and societal impact analysis for air purification in India, with special attention to Delhi NCR. Provided Corning with recommendations to maximize shared (stakeholder) value, ensuring an equitable and sustainable approach to air purification that addresses the needs of all stakeholders. Was completed as part of the Integration Lab's Global Partner Experience through the Keough School of Global Affairs.

South Bend, Indiana

Provided consulting services to two local social entrepreneurs, formalizing their business models and transferring skills to improve their pricing and promotions strategy, increasing profitability to advance their social mission. Was completed as part of the South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program.

Štip, North Macedonia

Provided consulting services to Women in the Economy (WIE) NGO, which works with rural, low-income women entrepreneurs operating micro agricultural businesses in eastern North Macedonia, providing technical business support and advocating for economic justice. Partnership included 2-weeks of fieldwork in-country, in addition to remote key informant interviews and desk research. Led MBA team in human-centered design thinking and accompaniment approach to develop recommendations to improve access to capital and bargaining power for WIE beneficiaries via micro-finance partnerships and cooperative formation. Was completed as part of the Business on the Frontlines course through the Mendoza College of Business.

Armenia

Served as a project manager and social enterprise consultant for the Martuni Women's Community Council (MWCC) NGO and the Martuni Community Development Center (MCDC) NGO. At MWCC, I led capacity-building initiatives and implemented projects related to gender equality, environmental protection, anti-corruption, and youth development. At MCDC, I led economic development initiatives, such as developing a regional tourism brand, youth development center, and training programs to improve youth employability. At GT Design Studio (social enterprise), I supported grant programs and led marketing and communications strategy. Additionally, I founded a national animal rights organization, PAWS Armenia, which provides animal welfare training and volunteer opportunities for youth.

Des Moines, Iowa

Led media strategy and communications planning to meet business objectives for a variety of B2C and B2B clients at The Integer Group, and one of the world's leading commerce agencies and a member of the Omnicom Group. As the digital specialist at the Midwest office, I led digital media buying strategy and developed online user experiences, using data-driven strategies and new technologies to continually optimize performance and attribution models. Additionally, I conducted market research, facilitated interdepartmental collaborations, and advised on content, creative and website development.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Led digital media planning for higher education clients, using data-driven Pay-Per-Click and digital display campaigns to surpass enrollment goals. Also, led website design, analytics, and A/B testing to perform optimizations and design comprehensive user experiences maximizing engagement and conversions.
