In Poundstrecher,i had various stores with an annual turnovers of between £1.5 million to £2.2 million. each store i went into i was tasked with improving sales as they were under-performing stores. my role included but not limited to:1- Training and development of staff2-Troubleshooting under-performing stores3- Waste Management control 4- Merchandising5-ability to analyse sales figures and reports
