About Timothy Divoll

I am a PhD-level scientist working with datasets to glean insights and make inferences for business operations and efficient field survey efforts in environmental consulting. As a fellow at Insight Data Science, I pulled together various data sources, some of them scraped from the web, and use machine learning to predict latent factors related to turnover in nursing. My prior research focused on the spatial and molecular ecology of insectivorous bats to link their foraging behaviors, interactions with habitat, and consumed prey in the context of forest management, industrial development, and formal mitigation. I also developed a strong business sense working as an environmental consultant and wildlife biologist studying endangered species in the context of gas and oil development and industrial pollution for the past 15 years.
