I primarily work in AWS Architect administration, Google, AD builds, Okta, and SAS administration. Other duties include Vendor and contract negotiations, hardware and software implementations.

My primary functions while in this role were to build a solid team, expand the service offerings of that team, and establish a solid trust with the stakeholders. I completed these tasks in just a few months, challenging the team members to constantly excel in the skill sets.

Exchange to Google Mail migration project which includes: SMTP Relay setup and configuration, user and distribution group moves and creations in the cloud, data migrations to the cloud, and environment retirement.

Managed support of a global infrastructure for Zensar Technologies. Support includes hardware, software, and server support for all US and European sites.
Ran help desk support, a four-person team that supported 900 end users worldwide running Windows 7/8/10, and Mac OS systems.
Part of the corporate weekly Executive Management Team meetings to keep all stake holders up to date on all major project status.

Maintained Zensar’s Disaster Recovery site, which has a small number of physical servers and 20 fail over servers that will insure the business is up and running in the event of an issue at the main site.

Maintained client/end user support relationship, team technical lead in charge of training, desktop deployment using Windows Deployment Services and Symantec Ghost, established and maintained Vendor Partnerships, Hardware repair controls and asset management, and user national event support of 1500 - 2500 end users.
Built and managed a Windows Image Deployment Services environment through Active Directory’s Group Policy, Windows Scripting, and Visual Basic That on average image 120+ machines during refresh in order to support 1,600+ Remote Field Sales Representatives to complete it in under 3 weeks.
