Creation of demand, forecasting and supply models for resourcing of all UK based transformation programmes across British Gas. Implementation and creation of “UK Change Hub” using SharePoint forms and workflows to embed the governance framework and remove manual repetitive tasks with automation.

2 very clear aspects to my responsibilities.The first was to lead the development of the change capabilities, this ranged from people, process or tools. British Gas change capability had been organic for years, I upskilled the team with P3O and APMP along with on the role development to increased confidence of internal change resources and establish a more robust and consistent change experience for British Gas Energy.I also provided the leadership of the British Gas Centre of Excellence for Six Sigma / Lean to drive continuous improvement and development of the organisations capability to continually improve. This was done with a team of Black Belt six sigma specialists that provide training, mentoring and real hands on support across the business.The second part of the role was to lead the Energy & Smart portfolio’s . This involved establishing the strategies with the leaders and underpinning the right prioritised change for the agenda. Then ensuring it can be funded and supported within the constraints of the business such as IT, Digital, Agent training availability & customer impact to improve the confidence of delivery to plans.
