Multi-project manager in charge of managing NCSS processes, projects and liaison between internal groups. I am currently focused on Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) as it pertains to fiduciary administration, investment management and banking; as well as Business Continuity Plan(s) (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) (from the perspective of global locations, staffing, information systems, processes and staffing) to better align globalization between varying processes, people and cultures to globally servicing clients in an efficient manner with a focus on scaleable solutions.

We served a support role to client facing partners as a control point to ensure compliance to an ever changing risk and compliance landscape while timely completing client requests.

Analyzed and recommended changes in people, process and reporting structure for internal team developed to service clients from a middle-office operating environment. I created several tools to assist client facing partners in handling numerous operational tasks such as money movement, asset management and account services.
