For 16 years I have been working at the helm of the incredibly fast-paced environments of professional live theatre. At various levels of Stage Management, I have worked on teams that serve as a central hub connecting disparate teams, both creative & technical, within a given production responsible for scheduling, new employee training, documenting, adherence to labor union rules, amongst many others.This work requires a meticulous level of detail and organization, as well as the ability to look ahead and solve problems before they arise, often with little or no preparation time. I enjoy working in team environments or alone and jump at the opportunity to leave my desk and get my hands dirty. I am always on the lookout for ways to streamline and improve processes for producing the best possible product.Tim
