I am privileged to lead the Development and Marketing team at WGVU Public Media. We work every day to make a difference by working with our community and leverage the power of media.WGVU Public Media’s continued mission is to provide educational, informative, and entertaining programs and events to the community as a service of Grand Valley State University. WGVU is proud to serve the 28 counties of west and southwest Michigan providing PBS programming on television, and the only local NPR radio station affiliate in the area. WGVU offers the opportunity to explore new ideas through television, radio, in the community, and online. WGVU Public Media brings several media options to our community including WGVU TV featuring PBS, WGVU life, and WGVU - Mhz World View. Additionally WGVU provides WGVU Radio - Real Oldies 1480/850 AM, with music from the 50's, 60's, and early 70's plus NPR, local News, Jazz, and Blues on 88.5/95.3 FM. Manage our Individual and Business Development Team for all fundraising events, business support, and membership drives. Oversee marketing internally and externally for WGVU TV including WGVU Life, WGVU HD, and WGVU - Mhz World View as well as WGVU Radio - Real Oldies 1480/850 AM and NPR 88.5/95.3 FM. Lead Community Engagement initiatives for WGVU.

Work with our Corporate Underwriters in their support for WGVU Public Broadcasting.

Generated donations for Habitat for Humanity of Kent County.

Worked with local and national businesses for sponsorship of the Grand Rapids CBA team. Worked on game day operations, events, camps, and overall team.
