As CEO of Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Upper Midwest region, Tim Fleming oversees 23 offices and more than 1300 employees. He is responsible for client initiatives, new business, talent development, and the 10-state region’s strategic direction. After starting his career on the carrier side, Tim moved to the agency side of the business in 1988 to help launch RJF Agencies. His guiding principle, under which he helped build RJF, and later MMA, endures in his role as CEO: a client-first, values-based business approach that will deliver results and maintain the needed talent.
