As the Regional Sales Manager for Sapporo USA, I held a dynamic portfolio consisting of renowned brands such as Sapporo, Anchor Brewing, Stone Brewing, and Unibroue. In this role, I was entrusted with overseeing various aspects including sales, inventory management, and distribution strategies for Sapporo USA brands across the expansive Bay Area.One of my key responsibilities was effectively managing a team of sales professionals, whose primary focus was driving sales in prominent markets such as San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. Through strategic planning and execution, we cultivated robust partnerships with both regional and local chains, including Total Wine, Bevmo, Oliver's Market, and Lunardi's. Our efforts were concentrated on introducing new products to the market, securing valuable display space at a regional level, and optimizing pricing to drive sales.In addition to fostering strong relationships with retail chains, I also collaborated closely with a diverse range of distributors. This involved working alongside industry giants such as Couch Distributing, Bay Area Beverage, Columbia Distributing, Wine Warehouse, Elyxir Beverage, and Golden Brands (Reyes) distribution networks. Together, we forged impactful partnerships that ensured the successful distribution of our brands throughout the region.
